Mardi Gras 2013

Right after he fell and bruised his chin :(

Tripp got tired of standing and enjoyed some of his new candy in the back of the car.

We took the kids to the Mardi Gras parade in Bandera.  They had a blast!  Sayler got so many beads, she could barely walk.  The people on the floats loved seeing the kids and just threw tons of beads & candy our way.

Christmas 2012

At Mother's Day Out

Yes we have 2 kids but only one would sit on Santa's lap

Next Christmas we'll have another baby with us!

Look what Santa brought

We had a wonderful Christmas!  It was the first time we celebrated in our home since Sayler was born.  Tracy's family came a few days before Christmas and left Christmas Day.  My family came Christmas Day and then helped me take the kids back to Dallas to spend some time there.  Sayler really got into Santa this year which was so fun.  We had a weeklong celebration with so many family members here!

Thanksgiving 2012

Sayler & Tripp had a Thanksgiving feast at their school the Monday before Thanksgiving. Here are some pics from their teachers.

Gender Reveal Party

Everyone got to cast their vote!  We didn't get a picture of the final one with everyone's names, but here it is as the party was starting.  The only ones who thought it was a girl were me, Drewry & the kids!

Here's a video of the cake-cutting!  Tracy's reaction at the end is the best part.

We're having a GIRL!  We had a gender reveal party the day after Thanksgiving and luckily both families and dear friends from out of town were able to meet us in Dallas for the party.  Tracy was stunned it was a girl because he was sure it was another boy (he was wrong with Sayler & Tripp so he doesn't have the best record).

Now we are deciding on names and getting the nursery ready.  Tripp has no idea what is about to happen, but Sayler seems to understand as much as a 3-year-old can.  She keeps talking about her sister. So sweet!

Halloween 2012

Pebbles & Bam Bam hit the streets of Kerrville this Halloween.  Both had a great time and were so tired after trick-or-treating.  Sayler stayed up to hand out candy to our trick-or-treaters.  A few of the costumes were a little scary (Scream & the Grim Reaper) but she still had fun!
